Job Summary
Hire Resolve's Client is urgently looking for a Mine Overseer at a mine in Limpopo!
Responsibilities:
- Legally accountable under MHSA (Section 26 of 1996) with 2.14.1 and 2.13.12 appointments, overseeing safe and compliant operations.
- Coordinate with the engineering department to ensure the timely sourcing and supply of materials to support operational needs.
- Align stope and development performance with broader operational plans to support efficient management of the mining section.
- Drive planning, problem-solving, and improvement initiatives to enhance mining efficiency and business performance.
- Grade 12
- Mine Overseer's Certificate of Competency
- Blasting Certificate
- 5 years mining experience at metalliferous mines with 2 years at Shift Supervisor level
- Valid Driver's License
- Salary: R1,6m - R1,8m CTC
- Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)
- Training & Development
- Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable)
- Salary: negotiable.
