Job Summary Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills: o Grade 12 o Blasting Certificate o Mine Overseer's Certificate of Competency o Valid Drivers' License Suitable candidates must have the following work experience: o Minimum 5 years of experience as mine overseer within the mining industry. o Strong knowledge of mining operations and production processes. o Excellent leadership and team management skills. o Extensive Trackless mining experience. o Extensive experience of massive mining.
