- Strategy Development and Execution/Implementation

- Team Development
- Legislative Compliance
- Local Community Interaction
- Grade 12
- Degree or Diploma in Mining Engineering
- Mine Manager Certificate of Competency (Metalliferous Mining)
- Mine Health and Safety Act (3.1) appointment
- 10 - 12 Yearsxe2x80x99 mining experience
- 5 -7 yearsxe2x80x99 managerial experience
- Salary: R2Mil/yr - R2.2Mil/yr, salary negotiable
- Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)
