Job Description
Hire Resolves Client is urgently looking for a Mine Manager to be based at a Mine in Limpopo!
Responsibilities:
- Legally appointed 3.1(a) in terms of the MHSA
- Oversee and optimise daily mining operations
- Drive safety, health, and profitability initiatives
- Lead and execute short, medium, and long-term shaft plans
- Achieve production and safety targets through strong leadership
- Maintain high operational standards underground
- Apply proven decline shaft sinking experience
- Utilise project management expertise for efficient execution
- Grade 12
- Degree or National Higher Diploma in Metalliferous Mining Engineering
- Mine Managers Certificate of Competency
- 10 years hard rock mining experience, with at least 5 years in senior management
- Valid Drivers License
- Salary: R3,5m R4,5m CTC
- Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)

- Salary: negotiable.
