Job Summary MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: xe2x80xa2 Grade 12 and/or equivalent qualification xe2x80xa2 Mining Engineering degree or equivalent. xe2x80xa2 Government Certificate of Competency xe2x80xa2 A Mine Managers' Certificate of Competency. xe2x80xa2 Mine Health and Safety Act (3.1a) appointment. xe2x80xa2 Computer literate with an understanding of mine planning and scheduling packages. xe2x80xa2 Must be medically fit and pass a medical examination as required. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: xe2x80xa2 At least 10 years' experience in Open cast mining and the management of diverse teams. xe2x80xa2 At least 5 to 8 years managerial experience. xe2x80xa2 Good knowledge of relevant simulations software and environmental legislation.
