Job Description
Hire Resolve's Client is looking for a Mine Manager to be based at a Mine in Limpopo!
Responsibilities:
- Legally appointed 3.1 under the Mine Health and Safety Act, ensuring full compliance with statutory and safety requirements.
- Ensure production targets are achieved cost effectively and safely
- Leads and manages multidisciplinary teams, driving performance, development, and accountability.
- Ensures optimal equipment performance through effective maintenance planning and resource utilization.
- Drives operational excellence and continuous improvement, fostering a strong safety and compliance culture across all mining activities.
- Grade 12
- Degree / National Diploma in Mining Engineering
- Mine Manager's Certificate of Competency
- A Valid Blasting Certificate
- 5 years working experience as a Mine Overseer and 3 years' experience as a 2.6.1 appointment
- Valid Driver's License Code 08
- Salary: R2,5m - R3m

- Salary: negotiable.
