Job Description
Hire Resolve's Client is urgently looking for a Mine Accountant to be based at a Mine in the Northern Cape!
Responsibilities:
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly management reporting.
- Conduct cost variance analysis and implement effective cost control measures.
- Perform detailed reviews of capital expenditure and operational costs.
- Assist with long-term financial planning and strategic initiatives.
- Provide leadership support as second-in-charge to the Management Accountant.
- Grade 12
- Degree in Management or Financial Accounting
- CIMA or CA (SA) qualification
- 5 years of management accounting experience in a mining environment
- 2 years at a supervisory level
- Salary: R1,5m - R2m CTC
- Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)
- Training & Development
- Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable)
- Salary: negotiable.
