Key performance area1.Asset ManagementTo ensure that all NCP asset management standards with regards to plant scheduled and statutory maintenance programs are executed as per legal requirements.2.Maintain Industry Safety StandardsTo ensure that the specified and industry safety standards are always maintained.3.Plant Maintenance ProgramTo control plant maintenance expenses within the annual fixed cost budget.4.Root Cause AnalysisPerform Root Cause Analysis for all plant equipment failure.5.Improvement projectsLead and manage plant improvement projects.Knowledge/Skills/CompetenciesEquipment selection

Maintaining Plant Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation equipment.
Conducting inspections and installations.
Attending to emergency plant breakdowns.
To maintain the Site Emergency System with relevant problem solving to ensure the continuous and safe operation of the site.

People skillsExperienceMinimum 5 years experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.
Registered as an installation Electrician with the Department of Labour (Advantageous)Qualifications:
Matric
National Diploma/ S4/N6 Electrical/Electronic Engineering
