Job Description
Our client based in Evander, Secunda Mpumalanga is urgently looking for a trade tested Millwright.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Reacts to breakdowns and plant equipment failure requirements.
- Check visually for any faulty equipment and machinery.
- Performs first line maintenance activities.
- Isolates equipment.
- Responds to failure promptly.
- Fixes (repair) problems.
- Tests run equipment.
- Performs housekeeping duties.
- Communicates all electrical & mechanical maintenance events and concerns
- Communicate all maintenance events.
- Understanding of preventive maintenance concepts.
- Perform condition based maintenance tasks.
- Understand risk assessment processes.
- Understand Root Cause Failure Analysis.
- Work on a shift basis Desired Experience & Qualification
- Gr12 with Math and Science
- Trade Certificate xe2x80x93 Red Seal (Millwright Engineering)
- Wiremanxe2x80x99s license.
- Experience working with Overhead Cranes.
- Minimum 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience as a Millwright in heavy engineering.
- Communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.
- Good Fault finding experience.
- Hydraulic experience.
- Experience working with hydraulics, gearboxes, water pumps, Lubrication Systems, Pneumatics and Gas cutting equipment systems.Email you CV toFor more information please contact:Sharon Meulenbeld
