So, what do we need from you? First and foremost, you must have a Red Seal trade test under your belt. Wexe2x80x99re also looking for someone with 4-5 years of experience in the FMCG industry, maintaining plant equipment and keeping it in great shape. Youxe2x80x99ll be the go-to person for testing units, evaluating electrical and mechanical operations, and even dabbling with PLCs. If you're a pro at calibrating instruments like flowmeters and scales, thatxe2x80x99s a definite bonus!

Youxe2x80x99ll also be responsible for training and mentoring talented apprentices. So, if youxe2x80x99ve got strong leadership skills and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others, youxe2x80x99ll fit right in. And having some general admin skills, like handling job cards, would be handy.

We need someone with top-notch electrical fault finding and installation skills and someone whoxe2x80x99s prepared to work shifts and be on standby to handle any emergencies that might arise. Own transport to facilitate travel is also a must.
