Job SummaryHire Resolve is a renowned recruitment agency that is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Millwright to join their client, in the food manufacturing industry's team.As a Millwright, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment. Your strong technical skills and attention to detail will ensure the smooth operation of our clients' production facilities.Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
  • Repair or replace faulty components as needed
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements
Requirements
  • Trade-tested Millwright with a minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work on rotating shifts if required
