Job Description
Our well known client in the manufacturing industry is looking for x2 Millwrights to join their team.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To maintain the whole Factory Electrical & Mechanical, to achieve a 95% availability on all equipment.
The ideal candidates must meeting the following requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Matric
- Millwright Trade tested
- 3 - 4 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in production in the manufacturing sector
- 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a supervisory position.
- Min 3 years technical experience - PLC's, Hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Computer Literacy: MS Office.
- Driver license and own transport
Carrying out mechanical and electrical inspection in designated areas as per pragma blue cards,
repairs and maintenance of all mechanical and electrical equipment, fault finding on electrical
circuits, electrical installations as approved by the Engineering Superintendent, assisting of
boilermakers and fitters as required, maintaining tools including proper operation and cleanliness.
Carrying out planned maintenance operations as per job cards.
Responding to call outs after hours, maintaining and cleaning his work areas and work sites, ensure
trackless Mobile Machines are operational and safe, working overtime and standby as required, any other reasonable work-related instructions.
