Qualification and Experience

Grade 12 with 1 to 2 years related experience.

What will you do?

We are looking for MiHelp Advisors who are passionate about assisting clients in our Emergency Call Centre in emergency situations.

What will make you successful in this role?

Minimum Experience

Minimum 6 months Client Services, Admin or Claims experience. Preferably Emergency Call Centre or related work-field

Deliverables include, but will not be limited to

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Systems thinking and methodical approach to problem-solving. Strong process orientation and ability to follow through on tasks. Analytical skills with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
