To conceptualise, design, and deliver impactful creative content across digital, print, and in-branch platforms that strengthen Atlas Finance's brand identity, enhance customer engagement, and support marketing campaigns.
Key Accountable Responsibilities:
Design and produce:Social media graphics, animations, and digital campaigns
Retail signage, posters, flyers, brochures, and in-store branding
Presentations, reports, and corporate communication material
Website and email marketing design elements
Work closely with the Marketing Manager and team to conceptualise and execute campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
Ensure all creative outputs align with Atlas Finance's brand identity, tone, and values.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with external suppliers (printers, agencies, photographers) to ensure high-quality delivery of materials.
Competency and qualification requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
3-6 years' proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally in-house or agency side.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects/Premiere Pro a plus/Video Editing).
Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and digital design best practices.
Experience designing for both print and digital platforms in static and motion formats.
Attention to detail, with excellent organisational and time management skills.
