What we are looking for: A mid to senior Designer with strong brand design expertise and a passion for all things creative.
What you will do:
- To build, inspire, mentor, coach and help the Creative Director to lead a team of designers
- Assist in overseeing other teams and the overall studio when required
- Develop award-winning digital and traditional advertising campaigns
- Maintain explicit attention to detail
- Check every aspect of your work thus eliminating errors and ensure work going out is of the highest quality
- Ensure that the team meets their deadlines
- 6 - 10 years' experience in a brand/design agency or advertising agency
- University degree or college diploma
- Experience in big brand development and roll-out
- Corporate literature and layout
- Exceptional 2D design skills
- Knowledge of 3D design
- An understanding of brand strategy
- Fast conceptual skills
- Understanding of the commercial aspects of the business
- An optimistic, positive and inspiring can-do attitude
