Job Summary Our client is looking for Senior Hospitality Designer to join their team. The successful candidate will have a passion for creating beautiful, functional, and innovative spaces for the hospitality industry. Responsibilities(not limited to): Oversee and create the design schematics for hotels, restaurants, and other hospitality structures Collaborate with architects to ensure the successful design and implementation of the proposed design Develop plans for the efficient flow of materials, goods, and staff through the space Create detailed renderings and models of the envisioned design Create project budgets and maintain cost controls Research the latest trends, materials, and furnishings in the hospitality industry Work directly with clients to develop design concepts and bring ideas to life Check plans and blueprints to identify errors and make the necessary corrections Work with vendors and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials Ensure all design work is in compliance with all applicable codes and regulations Requirements: Relevant post-secondary degree or certification in Interior Design and/or Hospitality Design Proven experience as a Senior Hospitality Designer or similar role Proficiency in REVIT (Enscape advantageous). 3 to 5 years experience as a hospitality designer Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
