Role: Mid Motion Designer/Video Editor

THIS ROLE IS RIGHT FOR YOU IF...

You are an enthusiastic and skilled Motion Graphics Designer with extensive experience in creative agencies, eager to bring innovative designs to life while working closely with a high-profile client. You thrive in a bustling environment and are adept at managing multiple projects with a proactive, hands-on approach.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE AND TEAM:

As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will join a vibrant creative team, working with the Design Lead and integrated designers to produce captivating designs for B2B and B2C communications. Your work will span across websites, digital applications, and social media channels, adhering to client brand guidelines while introducing fresh creative concepts.



The team environment is dynamic and collaborative, ideal for a designer passionate about all things digital. You will be responsible for taking projects from brief through to completion, consistently exceeding client expectations and building strong relationships through excellent communication.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE:

Responsible for the full design lifecycle from storyboard concept to execution, producing high-quality results that resonate with target audiences. Develop a deep understanding of the client's marketing strategy to pitch creative solutions effectively. Manage the preparation of all finished files for compliance with output specifications. Collaborate closely with clients and team members to infuse projects with innovative creative input while adhering to design guidelines.

WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL

Passion for motion graphics design and conception, with proficiency in After Effects and associated motion software. Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, with the ability to create bespoke digitally drawn assets. A keen sense of layout, typography, and idea-generation, capable of taking ownership from concept to completion. Consistent track record of delivering projects within deadlines with acute attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, confidence in client liaison, and ability to establish strong client relationships. Experience in retouching to a mid-level standard. Adaptive in learning new software and programmes, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision. Collaborative and driven team player who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving client environment.
