We're looking for a

creative, sharp, ideas-driven Video Editor

who can help us turn long-form raw footage -- podcasts, interviews, deal deliveries, founder stories -- into knockout, scroll-stopping content across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and beyond.

What You'll Do

Transform long-form footage into polished, platform-ready content Create short-form cuts, reels, teasers, educational clips, founder soundbites, etc. Apply

Sourcefin-branded intros, outros, text overlays, transitions and animations

Build a

consistent visual identity

for all video outputs Edit for flow, engagement, pacing and retention Bring ideas to the table: formats, hooks, creative concepts, platform optimisation Collaborate with our in-house marketing team on a video-by-video basis Keep quality high, timelines tight, and communication open Help us tell the story of the SMMEs we serve -- educational, entertaining, inspiring content

Who You Are

A highly skilled, detail-oriented video editor with a strong portfolio Comfortable with long-form + short-form editing Passionate about visual storytelling, pacing, and platform-specific best practice Able to take raw footage and elevate it Experienced with brand-aligned motion graphics & text animation Brings fresh ideas, solutions and creative energy Professional, reliable, and easy to collaborate with A great culture fit -- positive, humble, hungry, values-driven
