Job Description

The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance andOperations (D365 F&O) within the client's organisation. This role combines client relations, project administration and project budgetoversight, ensuring seamless integration of customer and project delivery processes. The account manager will support cross-functionalteams, ensuring client collaboration and improvecommunication to align with project goals.



KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Administration:



Support Microsoft 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) implementation, optimisation and support teams, ensuringalignment with client goals. Administrate project plans that include timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and withinbudget. Coordinate and oversee internal and external teams (consultants, IT, vendors) to ensure smooth project execution. Communicate project related information that include risk management, stakeholder engagement and resource allocation.

Account Management:



Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, operational teams, and external vendors, ensuringeffective communication and collaboration. Support team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance. Coordinate with teams to maintain account structures and ensure proper alignment with project methodology and supportingprocesses. Facilitate regular meetings and updates with internal and external teams to ensure alignment on project goals and progress. Resolve conflicts and issues that arise within the team or with external partners, fostering a positive and productive workenvironmen t.

Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:



Ensure the accuracy and consistency of operational data within D365 F&O. Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities, ensuring alignment with project objectives. Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership and stakeholders. Act as the main point of contact between client, operations and external vendors to ensure smooth system integration andcommunication.

Education



Grade 12



University Degree - BSc / BCom Informamtion Technology



Microsoft Consulting Environment -Practical work experience in relevant competency experience- 2 - 5 years



Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations -Practical work experience in relevant competency experience - 2- 5 Years
