Finance Accounts Manager
Job Description
Looking for a client-focused Accounts Manager to lead a team servicing construction and project-based clients. This is not a traditional finance functionxe2x80x94itxe2x80x99s all about delivery, team strength, and process excellence. You'll oversee monthly reporting, client communications, project-based accounting, and internal operations while driving team development.Mandarin-speaking HUGE bonus!
5+ years in Accounting (Construction/Project experience ESSENTIAL)
Strong grasp of WIP, job costing, and contract accounting
You and your team will be responsible for preparing financial statements, including Annual Financial Statements (AFS), ensuring accuracy and compliance across all client deliverables.
SAIPA/SAICA articles (advantageous)
Excel wizard + Xero/Sage savvy
Proven leadership in client-facing roles
