Job Summary This extremely busy conference 4* hotel on the outskirts of Stellenbosch offers extensive facilities for corporate meetings, seminars, launches, team building and conventions for up to 500 guests. ProStaffSelect are in search of highly motivated, driven and passionate Meetings; Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions SALES MANAGER to achieve annual budgeted targets, negotiate contracts, build valuable client relationship and to collaborate with all hotel departments & operations who execute events. A Sales Manager who will drive revenues by effective prospecting, securing and managing Corporate Group Business. REQUIREMENTS: At least 5 - 8 years experience in MICE Sales, Corporate Sales or Hospitality Management Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, hospitality or related field Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal & communication skills Sound knowledge of Hospitality Reservations & Booking Systems
