MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To ensure the appropriate placement of competent MHR Nursing and Admin panel members
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Provide MHR placement services to clients
Placement administration of panel members
Managing near miss events / disciplinary actions of panel members
REQUIRED EDUCATION
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Grade 12
Registered as a Professional Nurse
DESIRED EDUCATION: Diploma or Degree in Nursing Administration
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: At least 2-3 years as a registered nurse in a managerial role.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Experience in Private Healthcare Industry
Industry Experience in handling disciplinary actions from beginning up to a disciplinary hearing .
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- MS Office (e.g. Excel -v look up, pivot tables, filters etc. Word - letters) and relevant software packages (e.g. MHRM, CRS)
- Nursing and Admin structures and scope of practices
- Relevant legislation (i.e. BCEA, LRA etc.) and the ability to apply this in the workplace
