BLC Promotions is a marketing agency specializing in the renewable energy and energy grant industries, including ECO4, Heat Pump, and Solar industries. We serve over 50 clients across the UK, helping them grow their businesses through innovative online advertising strategies and telesales support

Our focus is lead generation, lead quality, and scalable systems through Meta Ads

We run high-volume Meta ad accounts, test creatives continuously, and operate inside a structured SOP-driven environment.

We're looking for a competent, detail-oriented Marketing Assistant who can support our marketing managers with creative production, ad execution, and CRM workflows.

The Role:

This is a hands-on execution role

You'll be responsible for:

Producing image and video creatives

Supporting Meta ad account execution

Maintaining CRM and landing page workflows

Helping us scale creative testing efficiently

The role starts at approximately 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase hours based on performance and workload.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Production:

Create high-quality image ads using Canva

Produce short-form AI video creatives using provided scripts and frameworks

Adapt and iterate creatives based on performance data

Follow creative testing briefs and naming conventions

Meta Ads Support:

Assist in launching and managing lead generation campaigns on Meta

Implement creative tests as instructed

Monitor ad delivery, creative fatigue, and basic performance signals

Ensure ads are launched correctly and on time

CRM & Funnel Support:

Work inside GoHighLevel (GHL)

Troubleshoot basic CRM and workflow issues

Ensure leads flow correctly from ads to survey and booking

Website & Landing Pages:

Make basic edits in WordPress

Update landing page content when required

Ensure pages remain functional and conversion-focused

Required Experience (Must-Haves!)

Proven experience creating ad creatives using Canva

Experience using AI video tools for ad creation

Extensive hands-on experience running Meta lead generation ads

Working knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL)

Experience editing and managing WordPress websites

Strong understanding of lead generation funnels

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: R200,00 - R300,00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
