Minimum Qualifications Required

• Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4

Minimum Experience

• Minimum 3 years investigations or merit investigations experience.

Deliverables include but not limited to

• Managing validations of claims for personal lines and commercial
• Reaching company goals and targets set for the Investigations department
• Knowledge of motorcycles will be beneficial

Claims administration

Claims settlements of a complex nature

Payment approval and rejections
