Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Merchandiser to join our team. This position, you are required to use a company scooter for customer deliveries. The role involves ensuring our store shelves and displays are consistently stocked, visually appealing, and organized to maximize sales and the customer experience.

The ideal candidate must have a flexible and a "can-do" attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Merchandising:

Ensure all products are priced, packed, and displayed in an appealing manner, following company standards. Monitor inventory levels, identify stock gaps, and assist with reordering to maintain stock availability. Rotate stock, remove damaged items. Assist with general store operations, including cleaning shelves, floors, and display units, to maintain a safe and organized environment.

Driving:

Perform local customer deliveries using a company scooter. Conduct pre-trip scooter inspections and adhere to all road safety and company safety protocols.

Customer Service & Collaboration:

Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with product. Work effectively with store managers to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
Qualifications & Skills

Requirements:

A valid Scooter licence. Excellent communication and a team player.
