Key Responsibilities

Actively promote and sell gym memberships to support the growth of the Bellville club Engage with walk-ins, referrals, and local enquiries to generate new sales opportunities Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective members Conduct follow-ups and guide potential members through the joining process Consistently work towards achieving monthly sales targets Represent the Zone Fitness brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
Minimum Requirements

Matric / Grade 12 (or equivalent qualification) Minimum of 6 months' sales experience (fitness, retail, or service industry experience advantageous) Computer literate Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident, persuasive, and goal-driven Ability to perform well under pressure in a target-based environment
