As a Client Services Manager, you'll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Centurion. Together. A Client Service Manager is responsible for fostering positive client relations, managing inquiries and promptly directing customer needs to relevant departments.





About Your Future Role



In this position, you will:


Handle client service interactions, including complaints, inquiries, and feedback Ensure that client issues are solved promptly and satisfactorily, directing client inquiries to relevant departments in a timely manner Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by providing excellent service and support Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address any inter-departmental issues.
