Medical Receptionist required in Fish Hoek, Cape Town.
Our client, based in the Fish Hoek area and specialising in the medical sector, has an excellent opportunity for an immediately available individual to join their vibrant and busy practice.
This role involves professionally meeting and greeting incoming clients and requires the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Afrikaans.
They require a well-groomed candidate who can manage diaries and client appointments, multitask effectively, and handle a variety of administrative duties in a deadline-driven environment.
Must be competent in MS Word, highly organised with good computer skills. Medical computer packages experience highly advantageous.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years working experience
Computer Literate, medical packages highly advantageous
Experience working in a busy Administration and Reception role
Excellent communication skills, English and Afrikaans
Team player essential
Duties and Responsibilities:
Meet and greet of incoming clients
Managing incoming calls professionally
Diary management
Setting up of appointments
Schedule meetings and reminders for the manager
Updating of client base ensuring all details are correctly entered
General administration duties
Managing petty cash and payment of clients accounts
Handling petty cash
Working as a team player in a busy environment where problem solving and multi-tasking is required.
All ad-hoc duties that any other staff members require assistance with
