Salary: R9000 +/-

A US-based Medical Company in collaboration with a South African Call/Audio Centre Environment requires candidates with some Medical background to join their dynamic team.

The company is based in Cape Town, Western Cape and they need vigilant and tech-savvy candidates for the role of Patient Safety Observer in their healthcare facility (call-centre environment). The main job is to visually monitor patients through a digital device, providing verbal guidance when needed, and alerting nursing staff when assistance is required.

The candidates must be proficient in using various applications, prioritise patient service, and demonstrate patient-specific care skills. They need to maintain constant visual surveillance, communicate effectively, and participate in the hand-off process. Critical thinking, customer service, and multitasking abilities are crucial, along with basic computer skills.

Hours: Please note that you will be expected to work a 9-hour shift in a 24-hour cycle, including after-hours and/or during the night. (This is due to the time difference between SA and the US).

Salary: R9 000 - R12 000 per month

Area: Cape Town, Western Cape

Training: 6 weeks of training will be provided (Training hours are from 14:00 - 00:00)
