Purpose of the role:
- Reporting to CEO this role will align Operations and Business Objectives. Responsible for shaping and preserving a company culture where innovation, collaboration, service and excellence thrives.
- Develop the operational strategy across all verticals, implement performance monitoring and optimisation of processes. Oversee risk management and support executive team with Global expansion and channel partner engagement.
- Business / Accounting degree
- 10 years' experience at a Senior Operational Management level
- Minimum of 5 years in a Senior Operational role within a SaaS environment
- Experience with a Global Client base advantageous
- Development and execution of operational strategies
- Solid collaboration skills with Executive and technical teams
- Experienced in establishing performance monitoring indicators for team and channel partners
- Build and lead a high performing operations team
- Ability to build and implement risk management processes to mitigate risks
- Provide input into company strategy
