Job Title: Contact Centre Agent

Overview:
Our client is seeking enthusiastic and professional Contact Centre Agents with Medical Aid/Healthcare experience to join their dynamic team supporting an American campaign. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to deliver exceptional service to international customers.
Qualifications & Experience
- Prior experience in insurance enrollment, healthcare administration, or patient services is essential.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach with attention to detail.
- Receive inbound calls from policyholders in a contact center environment.
- Process billing transactions on behalf of policyholders, which include telephone payments and account adjustments.
- Accurately interpret and verify billing transactions.
- Respond to simple as well as complex billing inquiries from policyholders.
- Provide policyholders with technical support on the client systems.
- Follow up with policyholders on outstanding items in a timely manner.
- Deliver highly positive service experiences consistent with our key performance metrics, quality standards and customer experience program.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Must be willing to work US working hours (2pm - 3am).
- Must be willing to work onsite in Cape Town.
- Must have Matric.
- Clear criminal record.
- No bad debts.
