Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years working experience a manufacturing factory plant environment
- Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
- Experience in automation, robotics, and/or control systems
- Proficiency in PLC programming, embedded systems, or microcontroller-based applications
- Competent in using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Autodesk Inventor
- Proven ability to integrate hardware and software into cohesive engineering solutions
- Familiarity with sensors, actuators, and motion control technologies
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
- Previous experience in mechatronics, automation, robotics, manufacturing, or industrial engineering
- Hands-on involvement in system design, testing, and commissioning activities
- Exposure to industrial environments, R&D, or product development is highly advantageous
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Relevant professional certifications or training (e.g., PLC, robotics, automation) will be highly advantageous
