Qualifications and experience:

B Eng/BSc in Mechatronic Engineering.



A min of 3years experience in design and implementation of general bulk water services with experience in water and wastewater treatment plant design and implementation beneficial.



Young engineer interested in learning and developing as a water and wastewater treatment design engineer.

Responsibilities:

Detail mechanical and electrical design including specifications, procurement process, administration, contract administration of engineering projects.

Carrying out measurements and valuations to produce accurate project schedules, quantities and valuations at all stages of a project.

Providing project information and assistance to Project Leaders to enable effective project management.

Construction contract documentation compilation (GCC and FIDIC) and procurement processes.

Construction quality control and monitoring including factory acceptance tests.

Ensuring that project timelines and deliverables are met.

Excellent technical writing with good communication and time management skills.

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of statutory procedures and technical standards.

Assistance with proposals/tenders.

Report compilation, for civil/mechanical projects.

Requirements:

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel (requirement) and AutoCAD with Civil 3D and Revit beneficial.

Remuneration:

Negotiable and based on the candidates qualifications and years of relevant experience
