Job Description
A mechanical workshop manager oversees the daily operations of a workshop, leading a team of technicians and ensuring efficient, high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities include workflow management, resource allocation (manpower, equipment), quality control, customer interaction, budgeting, and adherence to safety regulations.
They are also involved in inventory management, identifying and implementing process improvements, and staff training.

Pay: R25000,00 - R30000,00 per month
