R 35,000 - R 45,000 per month (tax-free, based on experience)Key Responsibilities:
Conduct
QA/QC inspections
and testing for mechanical building systems includingHVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, and Drainage
. Prepare, review, and maintainITPs, checklists, inspection reports, NCRs, method statements, and QA/QC documentation
. Ensure compliance withUAE Local Authority requirements
(Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, ADDC/DEWA, etc.) andinternational standards
(ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, IPC, ISO). Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders for site inspections and technical clarifications. Review and verifymaterial submittals, shop drawings, equipment datasheets, and method statements
for approval. Monitor installation works to ensure adherence to approved designs, standards, and quality requirements. Support project handover documentation, testing & commissioning verification, and snag/close-out activities. Provide technical guidance to site teams and ensure proper implementation of QA/QC procedures.Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in
Mechanical Engineering
(4-year degree). Minimum4+ years
of experience inMechanical QA/QC
roles within the construction or MEP industry. Strong knowledge ofHVAC systems, chilled water systems, diesel generators, firefighting systems, and plumbing - drainage networks
. Ability to interpretmechanical drawings, specifications, standards, and technical manuals
. Familiarity withASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, IPC, ISO
, and relevant UAE regulatory requirements. Strong command ofEnglish
(written and spoken). Proficient inMicrosoft Office
and QA documentation workflows. Validdriving license
and willingness to travel daily to project sites (company-arranged transport provided). Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.Job Type:
