Job Description
My client, a well established Engineering Company in Cape Town providing specialised machines and services for automation of production lines, has a vacancy for a dynamic Sales & Installation Technician to join their team.
Only applicants who will be resident in the Western Cape region at the time of appointment will be considered for the position.
:
- Technical sales, including site visits to acquire information required to quote
- Manage installations and commissioning of equipment
- Technical onsite support and breakdowns
- Technical sales experience in a similar field is essential
- Mechanical engineering qualification / knowledge a definite advantage
- Electrical knowledge would be beneficial
- Self-driven and fast learner
- CAD skills will be beneficial
- Must be able to travel nationally as well as internationally
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Good computer literacy
