Flender is offering an exciting opportunity for an

Apprentices

in

Mechanical Fitting and Turning

to join a structured, technically focused introduction program. This program is designed to provide a broad range of practical experience, preparing successful candidates for a future professional career as a Trade Tested Artisan.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in a specifically designed general or functionally defined technical introduction program. Gain hands-on experience across various functions to build a solid foundation in mechanical fitting and turning. Complete tasks and projects assigned at each stage of the program. Contribute to the development of practical solutions and propose ideas based on your academic background. Maintain regular communication with your program coordinator and mentor. Actively seek feedback and apply it to your personal and professional development.

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12/N3 qualification in

Mechanical Engineering | Fitting and Turning

Basic knowledge and experience in mechanical fitting, gained through a structured 2-year vocational training program Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute within a team environment
