Job Summary Key Responsibilities

Meet with clients to discuss their requirements
Create 3D models, engineering drawings, and technical specifications for process equipment.
Select materials (stainless steel, hygienic finishes) and perform engineering calculations.
Work with procurement, fabricators, and workshop teams to resolve design and manufacturing challenges.
Support quality control, commissioning, installation, and maintenance.
Maintain accurate documentation (drawings, BOMs, revisions).
Recommend improvements for cost, efficiency, and reliability.

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
5+ years' mechanical/design engineering experience, ideally in food-grade or process equipment.
Proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks, Inventor, or AutoCAD).
Knowledge of piping, pressure vessels, fluid dynamics, welding standards, and hygienic design.
Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
Experience with stainless steel systems, CIP, pasteurisation, and field support advantageous.
Exposure to automation/controls will be an added benefit.
