Job Description
Minimum requirements for the role:
- A Mechanical Engineering qualification (or similar technical qualification).
- Minimum of 4 years Engineering experience in a similar environment.
- Process and Materials Handling design experience is essential.
- Structural design experience advantageous.
- Must have knowledge and experience with CAD.
- FEA Analysis experience advantageous.
- Basic software development skills preferable.
- Must have excellent technical knowledge.
- Have excellent written communication and presentation skills.
- Possess good commercial awareness.
- Have good problem-solving skills and a creative approach for new ideas.
- Be able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Be agile and solution driven.
- Be able to prototype quickly.
- Must be data driven.
- Must be able to prioritize and plan effectively.
- Start-Up experience advantageous.
- Own transport / valid drivers license.
