Job Description
Mechanical Design Engineer
Cape Town (possibility to emigrate to USA after 1 year of service)
Minimum qualifications and experience:
- BEng (Mechanical Engineering)
- 3-10 years of working experience in design
- 3D CAD experience
- Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks Composer and NX Unigraphics would be beneficial.
- Willing to relocate to USA
- Willing to travel overseas for variable periods
- South African citizen.
- Product data management
- Prepare and maintain BOM and their representative 3D assemblies.
- Create 3D and 2D part drawings
- Liaise with overseas suppliers and customers on designs.
