Job Description
Humewood Golf Club is seeking a
Mechanical Assistant
to join our team and work in the Club's workshop under the guidance of the Workshop Manager.Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the
repair, servicing, and maintenance
of golf course equipment and machinery. Support the Workshop Manager in daily workshop operations. Report directly to theMaintenance Manager
and, in turn, to theGeneral Manager
. Ensure all tools and machinery are kept in good working order and the workshop area remains tidy and safe.Requirements:
Grade 12 certificate
(Matric).2-3 years of mechanical experience
, preferably in a maintenance or workshop environment.Reliable transport
to and from work. Ability towork effectively as part of a team
and follow instructions carefully. Willingness to start early in the morning and work until just after midday.Working Hours:
Early morning start to early afternoon (exact hours to be discussed during the interview).
