Our culture is deeply rooted in an entrepreneurial spirit and a "do whatever it takes" mindset.The Demand Planner is responsible for coordinating production requirements with each entity in Operations to ensure timely and complete fulfilment of orders for both internal and external customers. This role involves scheduling the final assembly of products accurately and ensuring that all necessary components are available on time for each product build. The Production Planner achieves an efficient product assembly line by meticulously planning and scheduling final assembly processes, ensuring the availability of all required components for product assembly in a timely manner, and harmonizing available resources on the production line. Additionally, the Production Planner manages client expectations, addresses shortages, and ensures the availability of spare parts to guarantee on-time delivery of final products.Responsibilitiesxc2xb7 Lead planning process for area of responsibility and ensures cross-functional consensus is reached.xc2xb7 Ensure all Planning reporting and measuring tools and systems are updated timely and accurately.xc2xb7 Liaise with internal and external stakeholders within the production environment to achieve a successful on time supply to customers.xc2xb7 Ensure Ops and Sales teams are updated on changes in order statuses, and delivery date changes when it is necessitated.xc2xb7 Always maintain an open line of communication with the Planning group and Expeditors daily.xc2xb7 Coordinates preparation of production schedules and pump related materialsxc2xb7 Be informed on sales forecasts to determine and medium-term requirements for production resources.xc2xb7 Develop and maintain positive relationships in Operations environment to maintain a harmonious and proactive working environmentxc2xb7 Desired qualification and skillsQualificationsxc2xb7 Matricxc2xb7 Project management experience will be advantageous.xc2xb7 Microsoft Office Intermediatexc2xb7 Syspro or SAP ERP knowledge will be advantageous.xc2xb7 Valid drivers licensexc2xb7 Preferably between 2-4 years experience in a similar rolexc2xb7 Must have experience in the production environmentSkills
