Mascor is a Company consisting of franchised Toyota dealerships in Greytown and Dalton. We offer professional and high-quality service and customer service standards.
Mascor Toyota Greytown is currently seeking a Sales Executive for their Used vehicle department.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively engage with prospective customers via showroom floor, online leads, telephonic inquiries, and referrals.
  • Conduct professional vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and value-added products (warranties, service plans, finance options).
  • Negotiate trade-in values and finalise sales deals in line with dealership policies.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers to secure repeat business.

REQURIEMENTS:
  • Grade 12 (essential).
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, Dealer Management Systems, online lead platforms).
  • Product knowledge of Toyota vehicles and competitors' models.
  • Previous experience as a sales executive in a dealership environment (used vehicles preferred).
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • High energy level and results-driven mindset.
