CUSTOMER SATISFACTION INDEX: South Africa and Kenya 1. John Deere CSI xe2x80x93 Prepare excel files for JD Meeting. a. Address Verification. a. A verification report is send by John Deere to advise which customers would be receiving a CSI form to complete. b. Call must be made to the relevant customer to verify his details and update the system if necessary. b. Response and Case Management: a. All responses are distributed to relevant people. b. If a Case has been opend it must be reverted to the relevant branch mangers and followed up until resolved. It is the closed on the John Deere system. c. Contacting customers. a. During the verification call to customers the employee also ask questions about the customers experience with John Dere, Mascor, sales, parts and service. Any problems is the reverted to the relevant branch manger. 2. CSI Report-done and update as a excel document. 3. John Deere Profiles xe2x80x93 Create new profiles for customers and staff for South Africa and East Africa. 4. Co-ordinate Workshop Warranty for 2 year/tractor warranties. BRANDING / MARKETING MATERIALS 1. Supervise cleaning and ironing of marketing materials. 2. Stock keeping of marketing materials. 3. Liaising with branches: need of marketing materials for events. 4. Packing, record keeping, distribution, receive returned materials and bring back into stock of all marketing materials. 5. Ordering of new / or to be replaced marketing materials. ASSISTING 1. Assisting where needed with events and demo days. SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS 1. Being a back-up person for all social media platforms.
a. Qualifications: i. Min: Grade 12 ii. Ideal: Customer service Diploma b. Experience: i. Experience in an agricultural environment would be an advantage. ii. Previous experience in a customer support role. c. Legal Requirements: i. Valid drivers license
