JOB DETAILS
The Position
The Marketplace Listing Associate role supports our global ecommerce operations by managing accurate product listings across platforms like Yahoo! Shopping, MercadoLibre, TMALL, and Carousell. The position involves coordinating with product and operations teams to ensure data accuracy, maintaining listing quality, and organizing SKUs using Excel or Google Sheets. Candidates should have experience in ecommerce operations, a keen eye for detail, and strong spreadsheet skills, including VLOOKUP. The ability to follow SOPs, work independently, and meet deadlines is essential. Familiarity with international marketplaces or multilingual skills is a plus.
Responsibilities

• Manually list products on multiple marketplace platforms including:

• Yahoo! Shopping (Japan)
• MercadoLibre (Latin America)
• TMALL (China)
• Carousell (Southeast Asia)
• Occasionally handle a small batch of defective product uploads in partially automated systems.
• Coordinate with the product and operations teams to ensure accurate data input (title, description, specs, pricing).
• Perform quality checks to avoid listing errors or duplicates.
• Keep track of listing progress and report on completed tasks.

Use Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to manage product data, edit bulk listings, and organize SKUs.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in ecommerce or marketplace listing operations.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (sorting, filtering, basic formulas, data formatting, VLOOKUP).
• Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to data entry.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and handling product listing templates.
• Ability to follow structured SOPs and platform-specific guidelines.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with one or more of the listed marketplaces.
• Experience with defect/clearance product listing workflows.
• Spanish, Japanese, or Chinese language skills are a bonus but not required.
