Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator (Specialist) with a keen interest in marketing to create engaging designs as well as being trained in the ins and outs of modern-day marketing.

You will work in the Marketing Department to produce high-quality work.

In this role, you should be highly creative and have a sharp eye for detail. Passionate about design and eager to learn more.

Your goal will be to create impactful designs that capture and promote our company vision.

Creating Social Media content including text copy and content design.

This is a remote position.

Key Accountabilities:

Design Marketing Material & Graphic Design:

Create engaging marketing materials and graphics for both online campaigns and print.

Social Media Marketing:

Develop and execute social media marketing strategies and content creation.

Website & Company Brochure Updates:

Assist in updating the company website and brochures as required.

Event Planning:

Help with planning community events, sponsorships, and fundraisers.

Campaign Analysis & Reporting:

Conduct data analysis to measure the success of campaigns and marketing strategies. Report monthly to the director(s).

Project & Marketing tickets Management:

Understand project requirements and marketing tickets assigned and ensuring results are delivered and deadlines are met.

Lead Generation:

Proactively generate leads for the Pricing & Sales department.

Conference Promotion

: Coordinate with the communications team to effectively promote ourpresence at international conferences, ensuring our brand stands out.

Brand Awareness:

Build brand awareness and manage the company's reputation by creating and implementing effective brand positioning and communication strategies. Maintain corporate brand standards.

Sales & Pricing Collaboration:

Collaborate with the Sales & Pricing team to develop effective sales materials, presentations, online and email campaigns, and other tools to support their efforts.

Additional Duties:

Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned by management.

Qualifications required:

Matric / Grade 12/Completed High School Certification Experience in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop a must. A short proficiency test will be part of the interview process

Experiential Requirements:

Marketing Social media / blogs Website design Graphic Design qualification would be advantageous Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship skills. Fast learner with an ability to adapt techniques based on requirements. Knowledge of CRM software. An open mindset and will seek out feedback to refine and develop their skills. The ability to problem-solve. Sound understanding of digital marketing platforms. Experience with design software and graphics editing tools (primarily Adobe CS e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Understanding of visual elements (layout, type, and fonts) Teamwork skills A keen eye for detail Time management and multitasking abilities Experience with Web Design, Video editing and email newsletter tools (such as mailchimp) will be highly advantageous

Experience:
