Role Overview:



We're looking for an energetic and creative

Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

to join our marketing department. The ideal candidate is dynamic, social-media-aligned, and passionate about storytelling, brand building, and creating engaging campaigns.

This role is both strategic and hands-on -- from ideation and content creation to execution, reporting, and in-store activation. You'll work closely with the Marketing Executive to bring campaigns to life, coordinate store-level marketing, and ensure the brand message remains consistent, engaging, and relevant.

Key Responsibilities:



Campaign & Brand Support



Conceptualise, plan, and execute marketing campaigns from start to finish in line with brand objectives. Develop creative content and copy for social media, newsletters, and digital platforms. Coordinate campaign materials, artwork, and approvals with internal teams and external agencies. Support in planning and executing brand events, activations, and store launches. Track campaign performance, gather insights, and compile post-campaign reports.

Digital & Social Media



Manage and schedule content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). Engage with audiences, monitor trends, and identify opportunities for brand visibility and engagement. Work with the design team or create content directly using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback on Google, social media, and other platforms. Implement paid social media and Google Ads campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team using Meta Business Suite. Develop and execute store-specific digital campaigns to support local marketing efforts.

Store-Level Marketing & Brand Visibility



Conduct regular marketing visits to stores to ensure brand consistency and strong on-site visibility. Guide creative direction for innovative brand and in-store content. Assist with local marketing initiatives and support franchisees with promotional activities. Manage POS materials, stock, and merchandising requirements for campaigns and promotions.

Administration & Coordination



Maintain marketing schedules, deadlines, and project trackers. Manage marketing assets and databases on SharePoint. Assist with supplier communication, and ordering of marketing materials, menus, and POS. Coordinate internal communications to ensure teams are informed of current promotions and campaigns.

Requirements:



Marketing/Communications qualification or equivalent experience. 2-3 years' experience in a marketing, social media, or brand coordination role.

Must be creative and full of ideas!

Deadline-driven and detail-oriented. Strong understanding of social media platforms, Google Ads, and digital analytics. Excellent writing, communication, and visual storytelling skills. High energy, proactive, and able to bring ideas to life. Organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (especially SharePoint) Canva, and/or Adobe Suite is an advantage Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport (for store visits).
