We're looking for a

Marketing and Sales Support Specialist

with

excellent English communication skills

and a passion for helping clients succeed.

You'll support our physical therapy clients by coordinating their marketing campaigns, maintaining great communication, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and performing well. This role combines

marketing coordination, client support, and light sales

, so it's perfect for someone who enjoys both creative and relationship-driven work.

What You'll Do



Proofread and review newsletters, print, and digital marketing materials for accuracy and quality. Manage client social media posts and mailing lists. Send projects into production and track delivery timelines. Support new client onboarding and setup in Practice Promotions systems. Join client meetings and collaborate with senior specialists to ensure campaign success. Review and communicate campaign performance results confidently in English. Collect feedback from clients and relay updates to the writing and design teams. Build and maintain long-term client relationships focused on growth and results. Participate in daily and weekly team meetings to stay aligned with goals and deadlines.

What We're Looking For



Outstanding English skills

(written and spoken) -- this is a direct client-facing role. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Positive, professional attitude and confidence in discussing results and next steps with clients. Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Previous experience in

marketing coordination, account support, or client success.

Familiarity with

social media management

and

digital marketing platforms.

Understanding of

print marketing and production processes

is a plus.

Remote Work Requirements



Must work

U.S. Eastern Time (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday-Friday).

Reliable high-speed internet connection. Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions. Ability to attend virtual team meetings and occasional in-person company events.

Compensation



Base Pay:

$20,000/year USD

Commission Range:

$1,000-$10,000 USD per year (performance-based)

Total Potential:

$21,000-$30,000 USD per hour
