Job Summary Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing and Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B marketing and sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities o Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the food and agriculture sectors. o Conduct cold calling, lead generation, and outreach to prospective clients. o Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers. o Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our training and consulting services. o Attend client meetings, industry events, and site visits as required. o Prepare sales reports and assist with marketing campaigns. Minimum Requirements o At least 2 years' B2B marketing and sales experience (essential). o Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's license (essential). o Willingness to travel to client sites and events. o Comfortable with cold calling and proactive sales outreach. o Strong communication and interpersonal skills. o Excellent customer relationship management abilities. o Experience in the food industry or food safety sector will be an advantage. o Must be able to speak Afrikaans and English What We Offer o Salary + Commission o Petrol card for business travel.
