Job Summary $8-$15PH 20-25 hours a week In this role, you will turn marketing meetings and call recordings into clear, actionable projects in ClickUp so teams can execute without confusion. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented communicator with experience in marketing operations and project management. You are reliable, proactive, and comfortable using tools like ClickUp or Asana. Responsibilities: ? Join marketing meetings and review call recordings to determine projects that need to be built out on ClickUp ? Identify all projects, key decisions, tasks, requirements, and deliverables coming out of each call ? Create projects in ClickUp by duplicating existing templates and structuring them correctly, manually adding extensive notes into clear, detailed task descriptions and requirements ? Build out detailed project and campaign briefs, including audience, channels, goals, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies ? Assign tasks and owners and ensure each task is actionable without follow-up clarification ? Act as the point of clarity for projects, making sure work keeps moving and team members have the information they need to execute ? Communicate effectively to ensure smooth execution and that all stakeholders are kept accountable ? Project manage timelines, deadlines, and execution of tasks from conception to completion
